Hi Tim :P

After breakfast, we slowly made our way to the Guanghua Digital Plaza, making a couple of intermediate stops. The Guanghua Digital Plaza is a set of two buildings and an undeground space that sells anything electronic related - brand name computers and peripherals, cameras, audio gear, individual electronic components (i.e., microprocessors, connectors, you name it).

Here is one of the exhibit halls - loving the large open skylight and the wooden ceilings

A look at a local starbucks - the prices are very similar to their domestic counterpart. Also a very interesting bicycle in front.

Alex and myself! Thanks to Tim for the photos!

A treehouse of sorts!

I was told that the Chinese subtitle is interesting and a bit off - Tim isn't here to translate for me as I type this up though, and I don't remember what he told me it said...

A view of the Guanghua Digital Plaza - the old building on right, and the new building on the left.

Some noodles for lunch before we continue perusing the stores in the plaza

A look down at the streets from one of the higher floors of the older building - things look so much smaller from afar - it's pretty congested and bustling from down in the streets...

We went into the new building soon after - for some reason they had a huge Disney Tsum Tsum display, but when we asked, they didn't have any for sale! D: (the actual tsums at least)

Highlights from dinner:

We went back to the night market and had some shaved ice - he shaves it from a block (obviously) then after adding the syrup, he uses a drill to mix it all up, and that scoop of ice that he is holding will be condensed to what you see in the next photo!

Passionfruit shaved ice.

The rest are just a couple of photos from as we were around the night market!

One of the indigenous Taiwanese peoples' stands.

Isis. Great. We didn't walk in to look, but my cousin said that this is a lingerie advertisment...
