2013.09.09 | New York City [East Coast Trip Series Part 4]

Here is the fourth and final part of the photos from my trip to the East Coast! Huge delay since school started! Hope you enjoy!

2013.09.08 | Columbus Flea Market, Temple (Philadelphia) [East Coast Series Part 3]

Part 1 and Part 2 of my trip to the East Coast if you have not seen them! Tim took me to the Columbus Flea Market in New Jersey, and then we went back to Philly to drop his friend off before heading back up to Princeton! Absolutely splendid VERY fresh lemonade! Only $3 for this HUGE container!

2013.09.07 | Wedding in NYC [East Coast Series Part 2]

Part 1 of my trip to the East Coast, if you haven't seen it yet! Here are the highlights of the wedding! I don't have /too/ many pictures because I got kind of lazy and the light wasn't too spectacular... Either way, enjoy!

2013.09.06 | Philadelphia, PA [East Coast Series Part 1]

I spent the weekend on the East Coast for a family wedding, so I also took the opportunity to make my way through the tri-state area! I flew into JFK at 8:30pm eastern time, and after a couple very close transfers running through Penn Station NY and Trenton Transit Center, I made it down to Philadelphia at around 1:10am.  Steph was nice enough to come out and meet me at the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia in the middle of the night, and after a quick dinner of sorts (Sammich for me, amazing ice cream from the tub for Steph, and cream cheese frosted sweet potato bread for err'one), knocked out for the night The view out of the window when I woke up at around 7:30am - The weather was absolutely beautiful! It was actually COLD in the morning (Mid 60s!), so that was a very welcome break after leaving the heat in San Diego!

2013.08.23-24 | Disney Round 6!

This was our sixth Disney trip since last summer started, and our final trip for this summer!
Tiffany and Jaimie met a few princesses! The lighting was quite horrid in there though... the next three are the only ones that were remotely usable.. 





Michael and I got a picture with Ariel too! Easily the best picture!

2013.08.18 | Santa Monica Tourists

Spent a day in Santa Monica with some awesome people!  Started with In-N-Out in Westwood, visited Pacific Crossroads Church in Santa Monica, then parked at Santa Monica Place and walked around the area, and finally ended at King Taco! Their first time to the Disney store, while Alex and I are regulars... just sitting around playing with the Minnie electric fan!

2013.08.15-17 | Las Vegas

Took a quick family trip to Vegas! Of course, ate WAY too much... we had the M Resort Buffet for lunch on the way into Vegas ($15.99 lunch, wine and espresso included), then did the Buffet of Buffets, offered by the Caesar's / Harrah's group for dinner, brunch, and dinner for $49.99 (Planet Hollywood, Harrah's, and then finally, Paris) Poke at the M Resort Buffet

2013.08.08 | Michael's Birthday

We had a birthday party for Michael...

He is turning 19, but... we kind of messed up... He got this flaming mess as a cake! Though it didn't look pretty on the outside, it was pretty amazing! Pictures later of the inside! Don't mind the spelling either!

2013.06.24 | Downtown SD in the Early Morning

We dropped off my aunt and uncle at the airport today at 5:00 in the morning, so my brother and I walked around Downtown a little bit and took some pictures, then got breakfast!

The footbridge across Harbor Drive that links Petco Park with the Convention Center!

2013.06.21 | SD County Fair

We went to the SD County Fair (first time of the season for TIffany / Michael / Ryan, third for myself) with the intention to see Colbie Caillat, but ended up only watching part of the show, then walking around a bit more! It was quite fun and we had plenty of unhealthy foods!

2013.06.20 | Disneyland Trip 5

Our fifth trip to Disneyland since July 2012! There aren't a LOT of photos, but just a few random ones, and a lot that look really nice in DCA in the time right before, and during twilight as we were waiting for World of Color! Trip 5 was a single day trip like trips 1 and 2, so we left Mira Mesa at 5:45am, arrived at DLR 7:15am, and were ready to enter the parks by 8:00am for opening! We spent the full day there (16 hours of park time, and a bit of time in the shops afterward), and then drove home! Jeff and I got coffee before we left, and Ryan and Michael figured out that the dole whip stand was still open! so... naturally, we had to get some more! I was amazingly awake for the drive home, and made it all the way home!  Another very fun trip with very awesome people!

2013.06.14 | Switchfoot @ SD County Fair

We saw Switchfoot at the SD County Fair on Friday! They were awesome as always, and actually had a band opening for them for the first time in the four (consecutive) years that I've seen them play at the fair!

After the concert, a few of us went to Denny's... a few interesting photos there too!

We went to MMHS's graduation last Tuesday! Yeah I know, pictures a bit late.. but here they are! Congratulations, Class of 2013!

2013.06.01 | MMHS Prom PART I

My brother and I had the opportunity to shoot a group for Mira Mesa High's prom this year! I asked Tiffany to help out, as she is much better with composition that I am! Some of the photos (w/o watermark) were taken by her! It was definitely a LOT of fun! These didn't turn nearly as nicely as I hoped they would be, mainly in terms of composition that I still need to work on... It's getting late so here is the first 2/3 of the photos! The rest of them are mainly group pictures that I will try to have up by tomorrow night! Thanks for being patient!

2012.05.10 | Tiffany's Birthday Surprise

Tiffany's birthday was last Sunday, but we were all pretty busy with school with midterms, papers due, you name it... so.. we surprised her on Friday! Even though Michael was a genius and put it on his calendar that he shares with her, we were still able to confuse her and she didn't expect a thing! By the way, Michael, you still have to do your "Online Homework..."  ANYWAY, it was an awesome surprise, and even Tiffany's mommy joined us by banging pots and pans and singing happy birthday with us!  First stop: Phil's BBQ. Because Tiffany had never been there before... We took that to Shelter Island (our usual destination when we get Phil's, because you seldom have to wait more than 15 minutes in the "to go" line, and there is usually always a table and an amazing view at Shelter Island!
