201510714 | La Jolla Cove with Tiffany and Ryan

Even though we live right in San Diego, and I've been going to class 5-10 minutes away from the beach, this was our first time going to the beach this summer! (Santa Monica didn't count because we stayed at the boardwalk :P)

Ryan Tiffany and I just went and hung out at La Jolla cove for a bit, and in the end, Ryan ended up laying there and reading while I took some pictures!

20150705 | Dancing on the Santa Monica Boardwalk

We saw this swing event on Facebook, and so Tiffany, Ryan, and I made a day trip out of it and met up with Michael in Santa Monica! We to meet some awesome people and had lots of fun!

After catching Jurassic World in Costa Mesa, we hit up Portola Coffee Lab.  Here is Tiffany with her Rose Lemonade.

We finally made it down to Santa Monica at 3:30pm and stuck around until 6:00pm!

Walked down the Third Street Promenade to Tender Greens!  I know this isn't green, but their seafood pasta was still amazing.


Tiffany got the always good Tuna Nicoise!


Michael and Ryan got sammiches!

It got all cloudy again.. but that patch of light is kinda cool by the mountains!




Michael then joined us as we drove into Hollywood to walk around for a little bit and visit the Disney Studio Store / Ghirardelli Soda Fountain there!

20150630 | San Diego Embarcadero

Wow it's really been a while since I've had a chance to post!  Everything in the past has been going to facebook, as they were mostly people pictures, and nothing super formal!  Here's a set from today - we walked around the Downtown Embarcadero area a bit after the thunderbolts and lightning (very very frightening)!  It cleared up quite nice, and made for a beautiful (though cloudy) sunset! Oh, bonus points if you catch the reference!

We also discovered that when there aren't any ships using it, the Broadway Pier is open to the public! It's quite a nice area with a couple of bar tables and some benches! Gotta come back for a picnic one of these days!

We ended up stopping for a light(ish) dinner at Anthony's Fishette (the "fast" food side of Anthony's Fish Grotto)! Here is one more panorama! You know the drill by now!
